Дорогі колеги! Українські жінки сьогодні розділені не лише лінією бойових дій, але й кордонами багатьох країн. Тому різні категорії жінок мають різні проблеми.

1. Українські жінки, що беруть активну участь у військових діях потребують досвіду своїх колег-військових з профілактики вигоряння та методик реабілітації. Зараз ще рано говорити про їх повернення до мирного життя, але це також може бути проблемою.

2. Проблема вигоряння є дуже актуальною і для жінок-волонтерок.Тривала широкомасштабна агресія вичерпує сили та ресурси, шукаємо варіанти масової реабілітації.

3. Наступна категорія жінок - внутрішньопереміщені особи на території України. Частина цих жінок працюють, але Україна втратила під час війни більше 2 млн робочих місць і усіх забезпечити роботою на даний час неможливо. Крім того, на західній Україні великою проблемою і для переселенців і для місцевого населення є навантажання на лікарні, школи та центри надання соціальних послуг. Потрібно Україні збільшувати кількість надавачів таких послуг, можливо, за рахунок волонтерів. Велику допомогу цим жінкам надає гуманітарна підтримка. Однак, останнім часом зʼявились повідомлення про затримку її доставки до бенефіціарів. Ми думаємо, що потрібно посилити громадський контроль такої доставки, яка часто здійснюється громадськими організаціями, ресурси яких вичерпуються.

4. Велика кількість жінок виїхала за кордон разом зі своїми дітьми та старими батьками. Також за кордон виїхала велика кількість жінок з інвалідністю. Я була присутня на зум-конференції інституту демографії, де озвучили цифру - більше 5 млн - це дані Євросоюзу та 1,85 млн - дані нашої митниці. Ця різниця може означати, що значна частина повернулась вже. Але все одно це дуже велика цифра, вона несе велику загрозу демографічній ситуації в Україні, тому що це молоді жінки та дівчата. Їх неповернення викличе демографічне провалля. Для повернення хоча б 80% потрібна буде велика наша з вами робота. Але це потім. Зараз іде війна. Dear colleagues! Today, Ukrainian women are divided not only by the battle line, but also by the borders of many countries. Therefore, different categories of women have different problems. ,

1. Ukrainian women actively participating in military operations need the experience of their military colleagues in the prevention of burnout and rehabilitation methods. It is still too early to talk about their return to peaceful life, but that could also be a problem.

2. The problem of burnout is very relevant for women volunteers as well. Long-term largescale aggression exhausts strength and resources, we are looking for options for mass rehabilitation.

3. The next category of women is internally displaced persons on the territory of Ukraine. Some of these women work, but Ukraine lost more than 2 million jobs during the war, and it is currently impossible to provide employment for all of them. In addition, in western Ukraine, a big problem for both immigrants and the local population is the burden on hospitals, schools and social service centers. Ukraine needs to increase the number of providers of such services, perhaps at the expense of volunteers. These women are greatly helped by humanitarian support. However, recently there have been reports of a delay in its delivery to the officials. We think that it is necessary to strengthen public control of such delivery, which is often carried out by public organizations whose resources are exhausted.

4. A large number of women went abroad with their children and elderly parents. Also, a large number of women with disabilities went abroad. I was present at the zoom conference of the Institute of Demography, where the figure was announced - more than 5 million - data from the European Union and 1.85 million - data from our customs. This difference may mean that a significant part has already returned. But still, this is a very large number, it poses a great threat to the demographic situation in Ukraine, because these are young women and girls.
